Return Process



After The Delivery If Customer Have A issue With Product Like, Size Issue, color Issue, Damaged Issue, and Not Like The Product Then Customer Can Return or Exchange it After The Delivery Only For Prepaid Customer Orders For Cash on Delivery Order Customer Can Exchange Iteam For Size Issue. 


Return or Exchange Time For The Customer is 7 Days.

  • Customer First Email us For The Return and Exchange a Product on Email id

  • After The confarmation Customer Have to Send That Products Images by Given Email ID

  • Then After We will Check Every Detail About The Product Then We Will Customer have to return order to our given address "Glamson Enterprise", Address :-"62, 1st floor, kaliyan industrial, anjana farm, parvat patiya, surat-395002, gujarat”.

  • After Received your return we will check QC and Process Refund same day.

  • If we found any Froud from customer then company will Stop refund and take legal action against customer.

After recieved The Product We Will verify a Your Given Detail and then We Will Refund Your product Amount to in your given Bank Account within 24 hours.
